Carmeli, Moshe


Son of Rivka and Zvi Minolescu. Moshe was born in Romania on September 9, 1929. He completed elementary and high school in Romania, and was a member of Maccabi. He immigrated to Israel in December 1948. Moshe served in the army and joined the police in May 1958. He served as a police officer and as an officer, served as the commander of the drugs and ethics department, the commander of the Chen Yunis station, and his last post was deputy commander of the Gaza Strip and northern Sinai.
