Carmeli, Moshe

Son of Rivka and Zvi Minolescu. Moshe was born in Romania on September 9, 1929. He completed elementary and high school in Romania, and was a member of Maccabi. He immigrated to Israel in December 1948. Moshe served in the army and joined the police in May 1958.
