In Hadera, he was the son of his parents, brother to Moshe, Idan and Chen, attended the Tachkemoni State Religious School and went on to the Beit Shmuel High School in Hadera, Electronics and Electricity. In addition to his studies, Eliran was an active member of the Bnei Akiva movement. Eliran grew up to be a charming, cheerful, smiling man with a wonderful sense of humor. The love of others characterized him, his eyes and his perpetual smile reflected his kindness, and his peace of mind stuck to all his surroundings. He was always surrounded by friends who loved him and sought his closeness. Already as a boy he was a mature man in his soul, and he could see things intelligently and clearly. His favorite sport was soccer, and his favorite team was Beitar Jerusalem, where Eliran loved computers so he could sit for hours in front of the computer screen until he was able to work perfectly. He also wrote a series of songs, and especially liked to paint – Eliran painted wonderful paintings, hearts, aliens, elves, etc. After graduating high school Eliran continued to class 13 at the Technological College of the Ordnance Corps and at the end he was certified as an electronics technician. In September 2000, Eliran enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for the Ordnance Corps, where he underwent a “Raven” technician course and was stationed at the Optronics Workshop in the Shimshon camp in the north of Israel. “A.
