Burg, Nadav

Son of Yitzhak and Hinda. He was born on 9 May 1944 in Masada, where he completed his studies at the Joint Education Center in the Jordan Valley and later studied for three years in the vocational high school there. As a young man, he worked in agricultural fields and before his enlistment in the IDF he worked in the field with his older brother. He was drafted in May 1962. On the 28th of Adar 5723 (March 24, 1963) he fell while fulfilling his duties and was brought to rest in the cemetery at Kibbutz Massada. In “Thirty” to his death, the group published a booklet in his memory.
