Buchner, Ben-Zion

Son of Yehoshua and Tovah-Jonah. He was born on September 14, 1932 in Poland. He studied at a high school and at the Russian Military Academy for Youth. Immigrated to Israel in 1952. He belonged to the Hapoel Ha-Mizrachi movement. He tended to archeology but his profession was mechanics. He was a member of Kibbutz Lavi. Was conscripted into the IDF in December 1954. On the 14th of Tevet 5708 (8.1.1955) he died and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
