Bublil, Raphael (Rafi)

Rafi, son of Vered and Moshe Bublil, was born in Ramat Gan, in 1989. He served in the Navy, and during his service he took an officers’ course and continued to serve in the army. Lieutenant Rafael was killed in a car accident on the way to his base on 27 June 2012. and was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul, Tel Aviv. Survived by parents and two sisters.
