Brooke, Dina

Daughter of Yevgenia and Michael, was born on May 11, 1966 in Russia. In May 1972 she immigrated with her parents to Israel, and the family settled in Arad, where she began her studies at the Ofarim elementary school. After her parents moved to Be’er Sheva, she continued to study at the Tomer elementary school and at the Gimmel Comprehensive School. In the last two years of her studies, until her matriculation exams, she attended an external school in a humanitarian track. In October 1984, she enlisted in the IDF and served in the military police, and in December 1984 she completed a professional course and was certified as a military policewoman, and on the evening of the 12th of Tevet 5785 (5.1.1985) she went with her friend to spend the night. Dina was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Be’er Sheva, leaving behind her parents and brother
