Bresano, Adar

Adar, the eldest son of Lital and Gil Bresano, was born in Nahariya on the 16th of Adar 5754 (February 16, 1994). On July 30, 2012, Adar enlisted in the IDF. He served as a combat soldier in Armored Corps 188. In June 2014, rocket fire from the Gaza Strip increased to Israel, and as a result, Israel launched Operation Tzuk Eitan against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Adar fell in battle during Operation Tzuk Eitan on July 19, 2014. Adar was twenty years old when he fell. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Nahariya. Adar was promoted after his fall to the rank of sergeant.
