Son of Dina and Eliahu was born on April 12, 1964 in Moshav Gilat in the Negev, where Roni began his studies at the “Nachalim” school, and continued his studies in junior high and high school. Roni went to the IDF, underwent basic training and a wireless course, and was assigned to serve as a radio operator in a military base in the Negev.
