Bonnie, Moshe
Son of Sa’ada and Sabtan, was born on July 20, 1962, in Rehovot. Moshe was a member of a large family. His parents, both of them disabled. Moshe, who was one of the youngest in the family and cared for his parents from an early age, stayed with them even after his brothers and sisters were married and left the house. He was educated at the Chabad institutions for nine years, and Moshe worked in Tnuva in Rehovot, where he was hired to serve in the army and was referred to a cooks course. His commanders noted his dedication to his duties. However, during his service Moshe began to complain of severe pain in the joints of his legs. On the 13th of Tammuz, 5741 (13.7.1981), Moshe fell during his service. He was 19 years old when he died. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Rehovot. He left behind his parents, eight sisters and two brothers. After him, a Torah scroll was donated to the synagogue where his family prayed.
