Bliyaar, Joseph

Son of Rivka and Avraham was born on January 15, 1926, in the city of Nanash, Hungary, where he completed six grades of the elementary school, studied frameworks and worked there, and was one of the surviving survivors of the Nazi inferno. He boarded the Knesset Israel and was detained for nine months in a camp in Cyprus, where he immigrated to Israel and settled in Bat Yam in December 1947. During the days of separation he remained in his positions and participated in punitive measures against the Arabs of the area and the conquest of Jaffa. He was assigned to the Givati ​​Brigade. On the 3rd of Iyar 5708 (June 3, 1948), his department was sent on a tour of the environs of Gezer. On the way he landed on a mine, was wounded and died on the same day of a great loss of blood. Joseph was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Nahalat Yitzhak.
