Blair, Moshe-Yitzhak
Son of Reuven and Golda. He was born on September 7, 1930 in Hungary. During the Second World War the family moved to Austria and after the war returned to Hungary. He studied in high school from an aspiration after completing his studies in technical engineering. When he heard about the outbreak of the War of Independence in Palestine, he left Hungary without the permission of his parents and immigrated to Eretz Israel. On the way he was arrested a few times because of his Zionism. His great dream was to serve in the Israeli army. He arrived in Israel in 1949 and spent one year in the kibbutz. He belonged to Bnei Akiva. Was the commander of the son of-Shemen area and the commander of a mobilized unit of the Lod bloc. In June 1951 he applied for another active service, but on February 3, 1951, in accordance with the instructions of the commander of the Lod bloc, he ambushed infiltrators and encountered an enemy.
