Biton, Yehuda

Son of Masoud and Rachel. He was born in 1939 in Casablanca, Morocco, and immigrated with his family to Israel in 1961. Yehuda was drafted into the IDF in October 1963. After his discharge from the army he was called for periods of reserve service. In June 1971 he was called up for active reserve duty. On the ninth of Tammuz 5731 (July 2, 1971), eight days before the end of his service, he fell in the line of duty and was put to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
