Yitzhak, Ben Sarah, and Abraham, was born on Wednesday, 25.11.1949 in Herzliya,Yitzhak joined the IDF in early November 1967. After completing his basic training, he was assigned to an armored unit, where he was able to put himself to the test for an hour, He joined his unit socially, and proved his ability as an excellent tank crew, finding many friends among his colleagues in the service and liking his commanders to be precise in carrying out the tasks he was assigned to. Isaac was connected to his family and wrote Yaffa letters to them In 1970, after Yitzhak was discharged from compulsory service, he immediately went to work in an isolation factory in order not to be financially burdened with his parents. From time to time he was called for periods Of active reserve duty when the Yom Kippur War broke out, joined his unit and took part in the battles of containment against the Syrians in the Golan Heights, in the battle that took place on the 7th of Tishrei 5734 (7.10.1973) . The tank was hit directly and Yitzhak was killed on the spot. His body was not identified and he was considered missing for about eight months. His body was later identified and he was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. Survived by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. After his fall, he was promoted to First Sergeant.
