Birshtein, Yitzhak

Son of Jose and Juana. Born on October 5, 1943 in Montevideo, Uruguay, he studied in an elementary school and later specialized in the electrical profession, and after his family immigrated to Israel in 1965, he spent more than a year before enlisting in the army in February 1966. He was on regular service When he participated in the Six-Day War, but about half a year after the outbreak of the war, on December 5, 1967, he fell in the line of duty and was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
