Biram, Aharon


Son of Dr. Yitzhak-Arthur and Hanna, was born on April 22, 1928 in Haifa. After completing his studies at the Reali School, he went to serve in the Jewish Brigade, where he studied for two years in the Department of Structural Engineering at the Hebrew University of Haifa, then went to London to continue his studies. His experience with Daya brought him to Tys, to whom he had devoted himself privately, and was willing to give his hand as a military pilot at the outbreak of the War of Independence, took part in several battles, and returned to London in 1951. After completing his degree, He was wounded while performing his reserve duty, and two days later, on the 11th of Elul 5711 (11.9.1951), died of his wounds. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa. A military boarding school named after Aharon opened next to the Hebrew Reali School, whose father was its founder and first principal
