Bezalel, Yehezkel-Ezra (Haggoli)
Son of Avraham and Tova. Born on March 31, 1949 in Basra, Iraq, his family immigrated to Israel in 1950. He studied at the Sha’ar Yashuv Elementary School in Bnei Brak and at the Bnei Akiva Yeshiva in Hadera and was a member of Bnei Akiva, He continued his studies at Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva in Jerusalem, at the “Yeshiva of the South” in Rehovot and at the teachers’ seminary, and he was a noble, loving and loved figure. His pleasant friends saw him, and he had a pleasant smile with a smile of innocence and a good will to hide the burden on his Lev, humble and humble, and lovingly treated every Jew, He was always ready to help all he could to instill an atmosphere of joy and will around him, and at the end of July 1969 he was drafted into the IDF and assigned to the Nahal, and during his few days of service he proved that indeed He volunteered to descend to one of the strongholds in the ditch, and this was no surprise to his friends and relatives, because he was a volunteer by nature on the 16th of Nissan, Pesach 5706, fell in battle in the area of the Suez Canal. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. After his fall, a book was published in his name, called “Ner Yehezkel”.
