Son of Leah and Uri. He was born on the 22nd of Tishrei 5723 (22.10.1972) in Jerusalem. Adir was a handsome boy with blond hair and blue eyes. He attended elementary school in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood near Jerusalem and graduated with honors. Later, he was accepted to the Lady Davis vocational high school and studied for four years in the field of building electricity, and Adir was a very sensitive boy, and when he expressed his gratitude to his parents, His mother) wrote a song full of emotion in his memory, while in high school he showed a strong tendency to drama, but he was an avid supporter of the Hapoel Jerusalem football team and did not miss any of his games. He played soccer in the Hapoel Jerusalem youth team, and before joining the IDF he expressed his desire to enlist in a combat unit in the Givati ​​Brigade. But after persuading his parents and two of his good friends, he agreed to join the Ordnance Corps as an electrical professional. Adir was admired and accepted by his many friends. Adir enlisted in the IDF in November 1990. Adir was sent to an electrician training course, and he worked loyally and was a disciplined soldier, and after two months he was sent on a mission to secure installations in Beit El and on his way On February 20, 1991, he fell in the line of duty. Adir was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. Survived by his parents, brother and sister – Elijah and Simcha. Adir predicted his death, since in many conversations with his cousin he often told her that he felt that he would die two months after his enlistment, as indeed happened.
