Bevich, Ze’ev

Son of Yisrael and Chana. He was born on November 13, 1932, in Prusznitz, Poland. His father died in World War II in Russia in 1924. Together with his mother and younger brother, he immigrated to Israel in March 1948. He completed six grades of elementary school. He worked as a carpenter. He was drafted into the IDF in November 1950. He fell in battle at the Jordan River near the Sea of ​​Galilee on the 5th of Nissan 5751 (6.5.51). Was buried in Afula and on the 12th of Sivan 5712 (June 5, 1952) was transferred to the eternal rest of the military cemetery in Haifa.
