Berman, Yosef Avishua (“Yossi”)

Son of Todros and Shoshana. Born on the 26th of Tishrei, October 10, 1947 in Jerusalem. He was drafted into the IDF in July 1966. While serving in compulsory military service, he proved himself to be a good and devoted soldier of a comfortable and cheerful nature. He fell during the performance of his duties on the 22nd of Av, August 16, 1968. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl In Jerusalem.
