Berkovits, Yehudit
Daughter of Tzila and Haim, was born on July 11, 1930, in the Degania Aleph group. She completed her studies at the Degania school and went on to the agricultural school in Beit Yerah and then went to work in the chicken coop. Her teachers point out that Yehudit was the symbol of integrity, purity and beauty, diligent and quick, talented for every job, loved by both adults and children, and even when she grew up they continued to call her the nickname “girl”.
