Ben-Shalom, Sarah
Sarah Son of-Shalom, daughter of Shoshana and Jacob, was born in 1914 in Russia and immigrated with her family to Eretz Israel in 1921. In 1924, her father was one of the founders of Ramat Hasharon and was the chairman of the moshava. She enlisted in the British army and was assigned to the ATS. On May 29, 1942, she was killed while serving in Egypt and was laid to rest at the British military cemetery in Tel el Kabir.
