Son of Dina and Shmuel. He was born on February 3, 1969, in Holon. He took part in sports competitions at the school and received certificates of excellence in running and volleyball. As a child, he played basketball for a short time at Hapoel Holon and participated in chess competitions. In the sixth grade, Noam joined the Hashomer Hatzair movement and continued to be a member of it until he joined the army in the framework of the Nahal Brigade, where he became a mentor and later became a mentor.Nam was very sensitive to humans, In 1988, Noam enlisted in the army together with members of the “simple” group who went to Kibbutz Ravid, because of his low medical profile He was able to avoid combat service, but Noam insisted on serving with his fellow inmates Two days before he enlisted in the army, Noam turned up the medical profile he had set for him, and he served in basic training for about a month and a half, and according to the battalion commander he turned out to be an excellent soldier and a loyal friend.
