The only son of Pnina and Albert was born on August 11, 1962, in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. About two years later, he immigrated to Israel with his parents. Here he graduated from an elementary school and studied the profession of the peddlers. With the outbreak of the War of Independence, he accepted the first draft order. His father tried to release him, claiming that he was the only child and his only supporter, but Moshe refused to leave the army, claiming to his father: “Everyone is an only child and everyone has to go wherever he needs.” Moshe was stationed in the Givati ​​Brigade and joined the Shimshon Shualim Company. Moshe dreamed of returning home after the war and helping his father rebuild the garage confiscated by the army in Abu Kabir. In his father’s efforts, and without his knowledge, he was removed from the combat company, but refused to leave his comrades. On the 9th of Tammuz 5708 (9.7.1948), when the fighting resumed, he fought in Negba and was wounded by the enemy’s bullet when he felt the help of a friend who was wounded and died in Rehovot On the 19th of Tammuz 5750 (22nd June 1950) he was transferred to eternal rest in the cemetery Military presence in Nahalat Yitzhak.
