Ben-Michoel, Y.

Y. Son of-Michoel, during the Second World War, enlisted in the British Army and was assigned to the 601 Company of the Pioneer Corps. He served in the Western Desert, in Marsa Matruch, in Solom and in Tobruk. On the 23rd of Iyar 5702 (February 10, 1942), he was killed in a battle in the Mediterranean. He is known as a mak”lan, a soldier whose burial place is not known.
