Son of Salomon and Leah. He used to create all kinds of cannon, mortar, and plane models that he had made with great accuracy. During his service he also worked on repairing cameras, binoculars, and optical instruments, and his command satisfied all his commanders, because he was punctual and perfect in his work and fulfilled his duties with great devotion. This was what he did in every position he was assigned. He was naturally cheerful and kind and always willing to help anyone. On September 11, 1969, he died of an illness. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa.
