Ben-David, Herzl

Son of Rahamim and Jamila. He was born on September 5, 1949 in Tripoli, the capital of Libya. Herzl was three months old when his parents brought him to Israel. When he reached school age, he studied at the elementary school in Ramot Yosef and when he completed his studies, he began studying at the Asher Municipal High School in Bat Yam and completed his one-year studies.
