Ben-Armon, Tali
Tali, daughter of Shoshana and Moshe Son of-Armon, was born in Netanya in 1981. In May 2000, Tali enlisted in the IDF and served in the Intelligence Corps as an observer on the northern border. On October 4, 2001, Tali was killed in a terrorist attack in Afula. At noon on the same day, she boarded an Egged bus, on the 842 bus line in Kiryat Shmona, on her way to her home in Pardesiya. In Afula, the bus stopped for a temporary stop, and then a terrorist who arrived in Afula disguised as a soldier opened fire. Tali was critically wounded and died shortly afterwards at Rambam Hospital in Haifa. After her fall, she was promoted to sergeant, who was buried in the military section of the Pardesiya cemetery and left behind her parents, sister and two brothers.
