Two years later, he joined a trained training group in Ein Gev, and after two years of service in the Palmach, Yosef was known to be ill and weak in body, and the doctor ordered him to be released from service, but his stubbornness and willpower stood in him and he returned to his unit. He was a cheerful and joyous boy, well-danced and despite his physical weakness, he refused to be behind his friends in any job or position, and after six months of service the group moved to Manara. 1948), On his way back to Manara after being operated on in the hospital in Tiberias, the thread of his life was thwarted when the caravan was ambushed. Joseph was brought to rest in the cemetery in Manara, and his grave is the first grave to be dug there. His group published a booklet in his memory and in memory of his friend Yehuda Danguri, on the first anniversary of their death.
