Ben-Aharon (Arbili), Yechezkel

Son of Aharon and Esther. He was born on May 17, 1934 in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. He graduated from high school there. In 1951 he immigrated to Israel. He was drafted into the IDF in June 1952. He served as a squad commander during his regular service, took part in an officers’ course, and participated in the Sinai Campaign, where he served as assistant bookkeeper on civilian life, on the 27th of Adar 5719 (6.4.1959) And was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
