Beller Meir-Yosef (“Meiri”)

Son of-Haim-Aryeh and Miriam. His father – a Holocaust survivor, who lost his family in the gas chambers. Meiri was born on March 18, 1951. He studied at the “Tachkemoni” elementary school and continued at the Bar-Ilan high school in Netanya, where he was a member of the Bnei Akiva movement and was very active in it. He read a lot of books with an institute of English language studies and studied on his own, and he studied at the vocational school “Neurim” and was loved by his friends and teachers. . On the 30th of Tevet 5731 (30.12.1970), he fell while serving in Neot Hakikar in the Arava and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
