Beckman, Noah
Son of-Golda and Zvi, was born in the vicinity of Kishinev, Bessarabia, Romania, to a poor working-class family, and joined the Gordonia youth movement at the age of 13. In 1940 he arrived in Israel and joined the Hanita group He was a shepherd and after a few years of membership he left Hanita and went to Rehovot where he began to study the profession of regrets and was a member of the Israeli Communist Party and a member of the local committee of the party in Rehovot.
