Ben Tzvia and Edward. Avraham (Avi) was born on December 2, 1972 at the Sharon Hospital in Petah Tikva. My father studied at the PIKA elementary school and later at the “Ahad Ha’am” junior high school in Petach Tikvah, where he continued his studies at the Tillam High School in accounting and administration, and he liked to play soccer and karate. For years to the Civil Guard, and from there he received his love for the uniformed soldiers, and in 1991, at the end of his studies, he enlisted in the Border Police and at the end of basic training he was assigned to the company. He was then assigned to secure embassies. In 1994, he was discharged from regular service in the Border Police, after which he studied electricity and air conditioning, and then returned to the Border Police service, because he knew the system and knew how to contribute. He served in Facility 214 in the Ella Valley and later in the Border Police. In 1996 my father was diagnosed with cancer. In March 1997, my father married his father for the past five years, Luba. He fought the disease valiantly, but she defeated him. First Sergeant My father died on the 15th of Av 5757, the day of love (18.8.1997). He was twenty-four years old when he fell. He was buried in the cemetery in Segula, Petah Tikva. Survived by a widow, parents and sister.
