Barkai, Yitzhak (“Tzachi”)
Son of Shmuel and Rina. He was born on April 2, 1947 in Tel Aviv. From childhood he absorbed loyalty and devotion to the values of the nation and the spirit of heroism breathed in. His eyes saw his father in the uniform of a lieutenant colonel in the IDF and his mother, who went to various positions on a voluntary basis.
