Bar-Dor, Haran

Son of Israel. He was born in 1923 in Austria and immigrated to Israel in 1939. He was drafted into the IDF in May 1948. He fell in the course of his duties on the 8 th of Av 5707 (July 27, 1955) and was among those killed on the El Al plane, Was brutally assassinated on Bulgarian soil, brought to rest in a grave in the civil cemetery in Kiryat Shaul, and left a wife and two children.
