Bamberger, Yair Daniel


Son of Miriam and Isaac. Yair was born on March 22, 1940, in Tel Aviv, to parents who immigrated from Berlin – Germany in 1933, when the Nazis came to power. He first grew up in the city’s electricity street and later in Chen Avenue in the center of the city. He studied at the Moriah School and the Zeitlin High School. When he joined the army, Yair joined the paratroop paratroopers Emunim, who combined a combat service track with the Paratroopers Brigade and a settlement life working in various kibbutzim, and began studying chemistry and chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During his long years in the forensics department, Yair served in a number of positions, including working in a forensic laboratory in the field of drugs and head of explosives, and in 1972 Yair married Gilat and they moved to Rehovot where his children were born Efrat, Eli and Anat For several years, the family moved to the hill French Jerusalem and then returned to the streets. On Friday, Nissan Tsn”b (09/04/1992) fell Chief Superintendent Yair while serving. Fifty-two years old in his fall. He was buried in the cemetery in Rehovot. He left a wife and three children
