Balanga, Abraham


Son of Rachel and Moshe. Avraham was born in Syria on May 5, 1922. He immigrated to Israel as a child and grew up in Tel Aviv, where he worked as an independent worker in the field of transporting cattle and sheep from the south to the center, Government Offices, Tel Aviv Marina. Avraham was the only breadwinner in the family, and his wife remained at home to raise their ten children. He was a wise man, with the wisdom of life and the joy of life, and he could speak several languages. On the 9th of Tishrei 5743 (October 9, 1982), First Sergeant Avraham was killed during his service. Sixty dead. He was buried in the cemetery in Holon. Survived ten children
