Baghdadi, Nissim


Son of Avraham. Born in 1912 in Tiberias to a family from Damascus, he later moved with his family to Haifa, where he worked as a deputy inspector in the government health department, as head of the cemeteries. He was taken to a hospital where he died of his wounds, and Nissim was laid to rest in the Haifa cemetery and placed two parents and two sisters in his memory. Was immortalized in the booklet “Kofar Hishuv” in the Yizkor book of the Jabotinsky Institute and in the newspapers of the time
