Son of Yosef and Rivka. He was born on the 20th of Adar 5703 (February 20, 1943) in Istanbul, Turkey, and when he was eleven years old he immigrated with his family to Eretz Israel. The difficulties of absorption, climate change, and the frequent transitions from one place to another have adversely affected it. Yehuda completed his military training course at the “Marcus Camp” in Haifa, where he completed his military training course, and completed a course for soccer judges before completing his military service.
