Azulay, Gal

Ben Dganit and Rafael. Gal was born in Haifa on May 23, 1990. A second child in the family, a brother of Maya and Adi. Gal enlisted in the IDF on August 12, 2008. He served in the navy’s naval commando unit and during the service advanced to the rank of sergeant Gal was killed in operational activity on December 7, 2009. He is nineteen years old when he falls. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Zichron Yaakov cemetery. Survived by parents and two sisters. Gal was promoted to the rank of First Sergeant.
