Azoulay, Eliyahu

Son of Yehuda and Leah. He was born on the 16th of Sivan 5761 (16.6.1951) in Rehovot. He studied at the elementary school in Ness Ziona and at the “Amal” vocational high school in Rehovot, where he acquired the carpentry profession. He was a member of the Hanoar Haoved movement and although he was quiet and disinterested, he organized sports teams and played in the basketball team. At the end of October 1969 he was drafted into the IDF and joined the Nahal Brigade. Served for six months as a member of the nucleus, during which he received every thing and every person with a smile and a smile, a liar of happiness and love of life. He did not like fire and wars, but he fulfilled his duties faithfully and even succeeded in the parachuting course, on the 4th of Iyar 5710 (May 10, 1970), he fell while carrying out his duties. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Nes Tziona.
