Avraham, Orly

Avraham, Orly

Daughter of Nurit (Sa’ida) and Chugi. She was born on September 5, 1965 in Petach Tikva. There was a plump baby who loved to eat and drink chocolate. When Orly grew up, she became a fine, pretty girl. She loved to help her parents and take care of her little brothers. She began her studies at the Ein Ganim elementary school and continued them as a caregiver at the Tamun High School in Petah Tikva. By nature Orly loved children and gave a warm and loving hand to adults as well. She was a Yaffa girl, always made up with care and care. During this period began buds and first loves. She belonged to the Hanoar Haoved movement. Despite her delicacy, she liked to go wild, dance and walk. Orly loved to read books and her work at the kindergarten, and she continued her visits to the Alyn Hospital where her brother, Menashe, who was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, was sitting in the ward, reading and telling sick children. She belonged to a nucleus that was united in Hanoar Ha’oved and enlisted in the Nahal Brigade. In December 1983, Orly enlisted in the IDF and served in the Nahal Brigade in the Jordan Valley. The distance from the house was exhausting and the longing for family members and parents was great. More than once she gave up, but continued on the distant path. The love of the members of the nucleus encouraged her and created a domestic greenhouse. Orly was the cook and baker of the nucleus, and at every event they asked her to prepare one of the mafias. During vacations she would spend time in her family’s home visiting her sick brother. She spent her time at Kibbutz Neve Eitan, where she worked as a baby caregiver and proved her vast experience, and many dreams were woven during this period, in marriage, children and the creation of a warm and loving home. At a wedding party held at Kibbutz Neve Eitan, where she was active in the organization and dance, she suddenly fell and her Lev fell silent. She was laid to rest in the Segula Military Cemetery in Petah Tikva. Survived by her parents, sister Lily and two brothers – Uri and Menashe
