Aviv, Yitzhak


Son of Refael and Matilda. He was born in Alexandria, Egypt, on the 23rd of Kislev, 1932. He attended the elementary school of the Jewish community in his city and later in the Rambam High School there. Until 1946 he belonged to the Hechalutz Hatzair movement and until his immigration to Israel in 1950, he was a member of the Habonim youth movement. He was humble and humble. Always willing to help others and showing dedication and friendship. Was a port on the mandolin and loved fishing and swimming. He was drafted into the IDF in August 1951. He fell in the line of duty on 24 March 1953 and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
