Aviel David

Staff Sergeant, Aviel David, son of Malka and Uri, was born on August 25, 1998 in Givat Washington, the eldest son of his parents, the brother of Eliran, Geula, Moriah, Evyatar and Meital. On November 29, 2016, Aviel, a resident of Bnei Darom, joined the IDF and served in the Kedem Battalion of the Home Front Command. First Sergeant Aviel David fell during his service on December 21, 2018. He was killed in a car accident, and his father Uri, an Israeli police officer, was killed. Aviel was twenty years old when he fell. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Nir Galim cemetery, next to his father. Survived by a mother and five brothers and sisters.
