Avicera, Ziva

Ziva, daughter of Rina and Simon Avicera, was born on the 13th of Adar (23.2.1967) in Atlit. She attended elementary and high school in France, where she lived with her family. When she was in 11th grade she returned to Israel and finished high school at the Yemin Orde boarding school. Ziva was drafted into the IDF in late August 1986 and placed in the air force. On the 15th of Av (10.8.1987) Ziva fell in the course of her duties. She was brouht to rest in the military section of Atlit cemetery and left behind her parents and three brothers.
