Three months before his discharge from regular service in the Border Police, Jacques underwent examinations for the career army and was accepted on February 5, 1990. He was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and his application for permanent service was approved. In January 1992, Jacques completed an advanced sergeant course and went on to serve in the Rafah Border Police as a platoon sergeant, and in January 1994 he was promoted to the rank of sergeant major. Jacques was a kind man, who was characterized by calm, serenity and honesty. Was a commander and a devoted and devoted combat soldier who carried out his work in an exceptional manner.
