Ashkenazi, Yitzhak

Yitzhak, son of Suzy and Eliezer Ashkenazi, was born in Hadera in 1957. Yitzhak was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in November 1975 and joined the Israel Air Force After completing his basic training, he was assigned to the Israel Air Force as an electrician for attack aircraft systems and five attack planes, and completed his compulsory military service. On the 14th of Tishrei 5752 (22.9.1991), Yitzhak fell during his service and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Holon. He left behind a wife and three children – Liron, Elad and Or, parents and two sisters – Shula and Mazal. He was promoted to the rank of sergeant after his death.
