Moshe, son of Levanah and Yitzhak, was born on April 3, 1946, in Tel Aviv, where he studied at the Vitkin Elementary School in Tel Aviv and completed his studies at the Ironi Aleph High School. Moshe was an outstanding student who had achieved great achievements in his studies, he was an intelligent boy, capable of thinking and analytical ability, He was accepted by his co-workers and Ehud among his classmates, and Moshe was drafted into the IDF in early May 1964 and assigned to the Armored Corps. After basic training he was trained in a tank driver course and later completed a tank commander course. He was sent to serve in an armored corps unit and was appointed by his commanders as a devoted and disciplined soldier who carried out all the tasks assigned to him with precision and completeness. After a period of service, he completed his training course in the Armored Corps and returned to his unit as a sergeant with the rank of sergeant, and was discharged from regular service in June 1966. He was called for reserve duty during the Six Day War After the liberation he began to work as a diamond chaser and invested all his energy and strength in order to establish his position and aspired to establish his own home, and he was about to marry his girlfriend and establish a family, but his fall interrupted his life and prevented his plans from being fulfilled.
