Yair, son of Shoshana and Zacharya, was born on 27 May 1955. He completed his studies in the State elementary school and then studied for one year at the vocational training center in Nes Ziona. After completing his studies while working as a mechanic, Yair loved his work, was diligent and devoted, and invested all his energy and energy in order to advance and expand his knowledge.
