Argaman, Orit

Orit, daughter of Tikvah and Yaakov Aloni. Orit was born on December 16, 1975 in Jerusalem. In July 1996, Orit joined the Israel Police. She served in the SJ District, married Nir Argaman, and the couple lived in Ma’aleh Adumim with their children. Sergeant Orit fell during her duties on 2 February 1994. She was thirty-eight years old. She was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl, Jerusalem. On Orit’s gravestone, her loved ones wrote “Happiness, love and many memories that will remain forever and ever.” And they added the verse: “Her ways are pleasant and all her paths are peaceful” (Proverbs 3:17).
